Giselle is a director and a lawyer, with governance experience from a variety of perspectives. She has served a number of boards including the Earthquake Commission, and has sat on several Audit & Risk Committees (one as Chair). Giselle has also had executive responsibility for risk and HR (alongside law, compliance and project governance). Giselle is currently an independent board member with the H&J Smith Group.
